El Centre de Formació de l'Exèrcit de Corea va publicar recentment una imatge de l'actor amb uniforme militar. La imatge mostra Lee Soo Hyuk posant amb un gest de mà únic que sembla ser una combinació d’un signe de pau i una salutació.
Lee Sooo Hyuk enlisted in the army on August 10. After training at the center for four weeks, the actor will be serving the rest of his military duty as a public service worker. He will be discharged from the army on August 9, 2019.
